When Life slows you down

A few days into the new year, (today 6 weeks ago) I found myself walking through a quiet, snowy landscape, camera in hand, capturing a winter world that felt almost magical.

And then… I slipped. One broken wrist, a plaster cast, and later even surgery. Not exactly what I had planned for January 😉

For a while, everything slowed down. No driving, no long walks, no carrying a camera around. But in an unexpected way, this pause also gave me space; to look, to think, and to gather new ideas.

So here I am again. I still cannot drive or take pictures with my camera, but I feel ready to make a gentle new start. With snowy images from that day, and plenty of things I can still describe like sources of inspiration for your interior, the newest exhibition in Singer Laren, and a new travel destination.

Thank you for staying with me. Sometimes life changes the rhythm, but the inspiration is still very much alive.
