No, I do not mean a walk in the park as a saying like \u201ca piece of cake,\u201d but a real walk in a park or in nature. Walking in the park offers a range of benefits for your body and mind. (See at the end of this blog, what I found about this in ChatGPT.) <\/p>\n\n\n\n
